Before you contact your bank
If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us first. We can identify the charge and refund it directly, which is faster than a bank dispute. Our refund and cancellation policy explains the full process.
What we cannot help with
MIFT is an independent planning tool and is not affiliated with any ministry, scholarship program, or university. We cannot check the status of your scholarship or university application, change a decision made by a scholarship committee, or contact any institution on your behalf. For those matters, please use the official channels of the program or university concerned.
