MIFT Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
1. Who We Are
MIFT is an independent business based in Saudi Arabia, and can be reached at basma@miftksa.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MIFT. They govern your use of the MIFT website, web application, and any paid subscription. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or purchase a subscription.
2. Eligibility and Who May Pay
MIFT is an educational planning tool designed for high school students, many of whom are under 18 years old. Because a minor cannot enter into a binding payment agreement, we separate using the service from paying for it.
- The billing account holder must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. In practice this means a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult.
- If the student using MIFT is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the billing account, provide the payment method, consent to these Terms on the student's behalf, and supervise the student's use of the service.
- By entering payment details, you confirm that you are at least 18, that the payment method belongs to you or that you are expressly authorised to use it, and that you accept responsibility for all charges on the account.
- A student aged 18 or over may hold their own billing account.
- We may suspend or close any account, and refund or reverse any charge, where we have reason to believe a payment was made by a minor without guardian authorisation.
Nothing in this section changes a parent or guardian's rights under our Privacy Policy, including the right to review, amend, or withdraw consent for a minor's account at any time.
3. What MIFT Provides
MIFT is a digital subscription service. When you subscribe, you receive access to software features for a recurring period. You are not purchasing a physical product, a human tutoring or counselling service, or any form of application handling on your behalf.
Depending on your plan, the service may include:
- A planning roadmap for scholarship and university application timelines
- Tools to build, save, and compare a university shortlist
- Informational guides on scholarship programs and their published requirements
- AI-generated feedback on application materials, essays, and activity descriptions
- An AI advisor that answers questions about the application process
- A moderated student community
Features, limits, and quotas vary by plan and are described on our pricing section and plan page. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service. If we materially reduce a feature that you are actively paying for, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect and you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your current billing period.
4. No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarship, or Any Outcome
This section is important, so please read it carefully.
MIFT does not award scholarships, does not decide university admissions, and has no influence over any scholarship committee, ministry, university, or admissions officer. We provide planning tools and informational content only.
- We do not guarantee that you will be accepted to any university, awarded any scholarship, granted any visa, or achieve any particular result.
- Any estimate, score, match percentage, readiness indicator, or comparison shown in the product is an informational aid based on the data you enter. It is not a prediction, a promise, or professional advice.
- Scholarship rules, eligibility criteria, approved major lists, and deadlines are set by the relevant authorities and change frequently. Always verify against the official source before you rely on anything you read in MIFT.
- MIFT updates regularly and is built to stay accurate. Confirm eligibility, documents, and deadlines on official sites, and review our AI Disclaimer for how these features work.
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and content of anything you submit to a university, scholarship program, or government body.
5. Independence and No Affiliation
MIFT is an independent, privately operated business. MIFT is not sponsored by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body, ministry, university, employer, or organization referenced on our website or in our app. This includes, but is not limited to, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM), the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program, Saudi Aramco, the University of California, Common App, and UCAS.
Any reference to these organizations, to the Safeer program, to approved majors, or to related terminology is for informational and planning purposes only and does not imply any official relationship, authorisation, or endorsement. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
MIFT cannot submit an application on your behalf to any of these programs, and does not accept payment on their behalf. Applications to scholarship programs and universities must be made by you, directly, through their own official channels.
6. Plans, Pricing, and Billing
The first week of Pro does not require a payment method. After that, Pro is billed monthly or yearly. Free stays available without a subscription.
- Everyone starts on the Free plan. Pro Plan is the paid plan: 69.99 SAR per month, or 503.93 SAR per year (12 months at 40% off).
- The first week is free. After that, you choose monthly or yearly billing for the same toolkit.
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Yearly plans are billed once per year in advance. Applicable VAT or other taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, Inc., who handles the transaction, tax collection, and receipts. Your card statement may therefore show the payment processor's name rather than ours. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled, and the payment method on file is charged at each renewal.
- We will email a receipt for every charge. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at basma@miftksa.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy, including the 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers and how to request a refund, is set out in a separate document and forms part of these Terms.
8. Your Account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Where the account holder is a parent or guardian, that adult is responsible for account activity.
- Accounts are for a single user. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials.
- Tell us immediately at basma@miftksa.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
9. Acceptable Use
When using MIFT, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or upload unlawful content
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate any other person, including in the community area
- Misrepresent your academic records, test scores, or application materials
- Upload malware, attempt to breach our security, scrape the service, or reverse engineer any part of it
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or its content
- Use the service to generate material that you then present as your own original work in violation of a university or scholarship program's rules on authorship and academic integrity
You are responsible for knowing and following the academic integrity rules of any institution you apply to. Breaching these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, and serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
10. Your Content and Our Content
- You keep ownership of everything you create and upload, including essays, application materials, and reflections.
- You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you, such as generating feedback you have requested. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
- The MIFT platform, its branding, interface, written guides, and underlying software remain our property. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms.
- If you post to the community area, other users will see what you post. Do not post personal information you would not want shared.
11. Availability and Support
We aim to keep MIFT available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Support is available by email at basma@miftksa.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using MIFT and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to the service.
If we terminate your paid account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
You may request a copy of your data before closing your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
MIFT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the content, guidance, or AI output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any missed deadline, rejected application, declined scholarship, refused visa, or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under Saudi law.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
MIFT links to external websites and resources, such as official scholarship or ministry pages. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. Using them is at your discretion and subject to their own terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through an in-app message before it takes effect, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at basma@miftksa.com so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are resolved quickly this way.
